Marek Adamo, Attorney at Paradigm Counsel

Marek Adamo is a business lawyer at Paradigm Counsel, representing emerging companies, investors and public and private corporations.

Marek’s areas of expertise include entity formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. He regularly represents clients in the enterprise software, internet commerce, wearable technology, professional services and cleantech spaces.

Prior to joining Paradigm Counsel, Marek practiced corporate and securities law at Jones Day and Squire Patton Boggs (formerly Squire Sanders) in Silicon Valley and San Francisco. Marek earned his B.A. in Economics from UC Berkeley and a JD/MBA from the University of San Diego.
